AOSpine Principles Course–Bringing Trauma into Focus, Integrating the AOSpine Curriculum with pre- and postcourse assessments

We are delighted to announce the first Residents principles course in the region with more than 60 residents expected to participate. This course is designed to offer residents and young surgeons the opportunity to learn the AO Principles of diagnosis and management of spinal injuries and methods of stable fixation to ensure proper healing.

I had the opportunity to participate in an AOSpine fellowship at the University Hospital of Bern, Inselspital, Switzerland for 12 weeks under the supervision of Dr Ulrich Seidel. This fellowship was a great experience and a good base for my future career as a spine surgeon.
